New ATA-6 Toshiba HDD with my Pismo?

I am seeking a little guidance: I just found a Toshiba MK8026GAX 80GB HDD in my closet and am interested if I will be able to install it and use it in my Pismo without issue. I have looked online, and there are several articles about it, but nothing definitive. If someone could offer some guidance, that would be wonderful!
